At BunchOf Gardeners we are committed to respecting your privacy. While we collect some information from you, it is our committed policy to ensure that all of your personal information remains secure.   1. What Information We Collect
    Personally identifiable and non-identifiable information

    When you visit our site, BunchOf Gardeners collects basic information that can identify you such as your name, mailing address, photograph, and email address and other personal information that does not identify you. When you provide personal information through our site, the information may be sent to servers located in the United States and other countries around the world. This includes which pages are visited, the types of products purchased, and any feedback from our visitors. You agree that you will not abuse this feature by entering names and addresses of those who would not be interested in BunchOf Gardeners services.

    To process purchases from BunchOf Gardeners site, we may require your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. Such information is used primarily to process your order or as otherwise described herein. Credit card transactions are processed through industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and/or strong encryption (3DES) by a third party, which only uses your information for that purpose.     Forum
    We make discussion boards available to our users and visitors. Any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personally identifiable information.

    Research
    In addition to the uses outlined above, you agree to allow us to anonymously use the information from you and your experiences to continue our research into successful gardening and landscaping. This research may be published on our site, articles, newspapers, news releases, etc. However, all of your responses will be kept anonymous.

  4. Do Not Disclose Your Personally Identifiable Information or Password
    Please DO NOT post, share or disclose in forums, e.g., chat rooms, group wall, any personally identifiable information that you do not wish other members to know. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personally identifiable information to others. Similarly, you should never disclose or share your password with anyone else. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.   5. How You Can Change the Information.
    If at any time you would like to change any information in your account, just go to Account Settings. Once here, you can change or update your e-mail address and password, and other information. (Ask /Request Myriad about this…and account settings).
  6. How to Stop Us from Gathering Information about You.
    Upon your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your personally identifiable information from our active databases. To make this request, contact BunchOf Gardeners by using the contact information provided on the site on the “Contact” web page. Upon our receipt of your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your Personally Identifiable Information as soon as reasonably possible. (Ask /Request Myriad about this…and account settings).Nonetheless, we will retain in our files information you may have requested us to remove if, in our discretion, retention of the information is necessary to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems or to enforce the Terms of Service Agreement. Furthermore, your information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints (for example, we will not remove your information from our back up storage).
  7. Protecting the Privacy of Children Under 13.
    BunchOf Gardeners does not knowingly collect any personal information from a child without the consent of the child's parent(s) or guardian(s). Before signing up for a service that requests disclosure of personal information, children under 13 are advised to obtain parental consent. By participating in such a service, the user is representing that he or she is in compliance with this paragraph.
